基于IPM模块的并网逆变器系统实验平台设计

    摘 要:分析了并网逆变器的三种拓扑结构的优缺点,并根据实验需要选择了非隔离型拓扑结构作为实验平台主电路拓扑。采用IPM模块为核心的逆变电路,控制部分采用通用逆变器控制器作为系统的控制核心,运用LabVIEW软件实现了实验平台的控制系统和上位机监控显示系统的有机集成,对系统中的各个参量进行实时监测,并完成了三相PWM逆变器的离网、并网实验。实验结果表明:控制系统给出的相位成功跟踪电网的同步相位,始终与电网电压的相位保持一致,并网成功。

Design of Grid-Connected Inverter System Experiment Platform Based on IPM Module

    Abstract: Analysis was made to the relative merits of three kinds of topological structures in grid-connected inverter. According to the requirement of experiment, this paper chose the non-seclusion type topology as the main circuit topology of the experimental platform. The IPM module was the core of the inverter circuit. The control section adopted the common inverter controller as the control core of the system. The software LabVIEW was used to realize the control system of the experimental platform and the organic integration of the upper computer monitoring the display system, which monitored each parameter of the system in real time. The off-network and grid-connection experiments of three-phase PWM inverter were finished. The experimental results show that the phase given by the control system successfully tails after the synchronized phase of the grid, and brings into correspondence with the phase of network voltage from beginning to end, the grid successfully connected.
