一起220 kV GIS母线支柱绝缘子故障定位与分析

    摘 要:针对一起220 kV母线支柱绝缘子内部放电击穿故障,进行了定位和故障原因分析。通过分析SF6气体分解产物,确定了故障气室;通过绝缘子电气、机械、片析等试验分析,判断本次绝缘子运行中放电故障原因为绝缘子在运输或装配过程中产生应力集中缺陷,在长时间运行电压作用下微弱局部放电逐步累积使绝缘子缺陷扩大,最终导致放电击穿。对GIS设备运维检修工作提出建议,以避免此类事故再次发生。

Fault Location and Analysis of a Case of 220 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear Bus Supporting Insulator

    Abstract: Aiming at the inner discharge breakdown failure of a case of a 220 kV bus supporting insulator, this paper carried out location and failure cause analysis.Through the analysis of SF6 gas decomposition products, the gas chamber where the accident happened was determined. Through insulator electrical, mechanical and slice analysis etc test analysis, it is concluded that the insulators are impacted by external forces in the process of transport or assembly, resulting in tiny cracks.After electrification, weak partial discharge gradually accumulates to expand insulator defects, and eventually leads to breakdown.In order to avoid the recurrence of this kind of accident, some suggestions are put forward for the future work.
