密闭型高压场所运维工况综合治理研究与应用

    摘 要:介绍一种利用多重技术手段对密闭型高压场所运行工况进行综合改造的方法,通过电缆沟封堵改造、电缆沟防水防潮修复、通风散热智能化改造、开关柜电缆室工艺改进、开关柜底部防潮隔断工艺改进、开关柜柜顶散热排风改进、高压室排风模式设计改进,多管齐下对密闭性高压室的受潮、散热情况综合治理,结合改进图示和相应整改措施,为存在类似安全隐患环境问题的高压室改造提供参考。

Research and Application of Comprehensive Treatment of Operation and
Maintenance Conditions in Closed High-Pressure Places

    Abstract: This paper introduced a kind of comprehensive renovation method for airtight type high pressure field using the multiple technology, such as the method of modification by cable conduit sealing, cable trench waterproof repair, reconstruction of intelligent ventilation cooling, switchgear room partition process improvement, process improvement at the bottom of switchgear moisture proof cutoff, switchgear cabinet top cooling ventilation improvement and the high pressure chamber ventilation pattern design improvement. A variety of measures was adopted to comprehensively cope with the damp and heat dissipation of airtight high-pressure chamber. Combined with the improved ICON and the corresponding reforming measures, the similar safety hazard environment problems of high pressure chamber could be avoided by reference of this transformation way.
