智能变电站集中式测控关键技术研究及应用

摘 要:针对当前智能变电站自动化系统设备现状背景及存在的问题,从技术发展趋势上阐述了集中式测控技术研究的必要性。介绍了集中式测控的软硬件架构方案,分析了集中式测控实现的关键技术及难点,并给出工程应用实施方案。经济性分析对比表明,采用集中式测控技术可以较好地对现有二次设备进行优化整合,减少设备配置,降低设备调试维护工作量,提升了变电站建设经济效益。

Research and Application of Key Technology of Centralized Measurement and Control in Smart Substation

    Abstract: Aiming at the current situation and existing problems of smart substation automation system, this paper expounded the necessity of centralized technology research from the trend of technology development. Introduction was made to the architecture of software and hardware for the centralized measurement and control. This paper analyzed the key technology and difficulty of realizing centralized measurement and control, giving the project application implementation plan. The comparison of economy analysis shows that the centralized monitoring and control technology can be used to optimize the integration of the second-equipment, to enhance the economic benefits of substation construction and to greatly reduce the equipment configuration and the equipment debugging and maintenance workload.
