输电线路智能除异物装置的研制与应用

    摘 要:输电线路异物影响供电可靠性。针对传统除异物工器具的不足,从移动方式、操作方式和观察控制方式三方面的优化改进着手,研制了一种输电线路智能除异物装置。该装置集合了自动爬行、自动翻转、远程操控、高温无火切割、视频观察等功能,解决了间隔棒、防震锤、通道等因素的制约,适用于各类可融、可燃异物。经试验和现场应用表明,该装置具有安全可靠、操作便捷、高效实用等优点,可减轻作业人员劳动强度,保障输电线路供电可靠性。

Development and Application of Intelligent Foreign Matter Removal Device for Transmission Line

    Abstract: The foreign matter in the transmission line affects the reliability of the power supply. In view of the shortcomings of traditional foreign matter removal tools, starting from three aspects optimization and improvement of move mode, operating mode and observing control mode, this paper innovatively developed an intelligent obstacle removal device, which integrated the functions of automatic crawling, automatic flipping, remote control, high temperature non-fire cutting and video observation etc functions, to solve the problems of the restriction of spacing rods, damper and passages, suitable for various meltable and flammable foreign matter. The test and field application show that the device has the advantages of safety, reliability, convenient operation, high efficiency and practicality, which can reduce the labor intensity of the operators and ensure the reliability of power transmission lines.
