330 kV三绕组有载调压高阻抗壳式变压器开发设计

    摘 要:壳式变压器较芯式变压器来讲,在耐受雷电冲击及抗短路方面有其优越性。设计了一种330 kV三绕组有载调压高阻抗壳式变压器,针对该产品容量过小且绝缘等级高,造成电场集中,变压器空间过小,从而使绕组结构、绝缘结构、引线结构均较为复杂的情况,对技术参数、设计方案、产品结构特点及设计中的关键技术进行了分析与介绍,试验结果表明,该产品符合IEC标准及合同要求,且运行状况良好。

Research and Design of 330 kV On-Load Voltage Regulation High Impedance Shell-Type Transformer with Three Windings

    Abstract: Shell transformers are superior to core transformers in terms of resistance to lightning shock and short circuit.This paper designed a kind of 330 kV on-load voltage regulation high impedance shell-type transformer with three windings.Aiming at the conditions of too small capacity and high insulation grade, resulting in the concentration of electric field, too small transformer space, to make the windings structure, insulation structure and lead structure more complex, this paper analyzed and introduced the technical parameters, design scheme, characteristics of product structure and the key technologies in design.The result of the experiment shows that this product conforms to the IEC standard and the contact requirement, with good operational state.
