植物绝缘油与多种变压器用绝缘纸的相容性研究

    摘 要:为研究植物绝缘油与变压器绝缘纸材料的相容性,模拟变压器油纸绝缘系统,将丹尼森纸、电缆纸、铝箔皱纹纸等10 种变压器用绝缘纸与植物绝缘油组成油- 纸绝缘,研究它们的热老化特性。实验观察了28 天热老化前后绝缘纸和绝缘油的变化,分别测试了这几种不同的油- 纸在热老化7 天、14 天、21 天和28 天过程中,植物绝缘油的酸值和介质损耗因数。结果表明,该植物绝缘油与实验用的绝缘纸具有很好的相容性。

Study on Compatibility Between Vegetable Insulation Oil and Various Insulation Papers for Transformers

    Abstract: In order to study the compatibility of plant insulating oil and transformer insulating paper materials, simulating transformer oilpaper insulation system, 10 types of transformer insulation paper such as Dennison paper, cable paper, aluminum foil crepe paper and plant insulation oil were combined into oil-paper insulation to study their thermal aging characteristics.The experiment observed the changes of insulating paper and insulating oil before and after 28 days of heat aging, The acid value and dielectric loss factor of the plant insulating oil were tested during heat aging for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days for these different oil-papers.The results show that the plant insulating oil has good compatibility with the experimental insulating paper.
