20 kV线路故障引起越级跳闸的分析及应对措施

    摘 要:以同一变电站发生的两起20 kV出线线路故障引起后备保护动作导致主变低压侧跳闸的事故为例,对越级跳闸产生的原因进行分析。根据保护配置信息,对故障过程进行研究,分析了故障引起越级跳闸的原因,总结了事故越级跳闸的几种可能因素,并从调度工作实际出发,提出合理化应对措施。

    Abstract: Taking two 20 kV outgoing line faults in the same substation that caused the backup protection to cause tripping on the low-voltage side of the main transformer as an example, the causes of overstepping trip were analyzed. According to the protection configuration information, the fault process is studied, and the reasons for the overstepping trip caused by the fault are analyzed, and several possible factors of the accident overstepping trip are summarized; and proceeding from the actual dispatching work, rationalized countermeasures are proposed.
