全绝缘浇注母线在励磁系统的改造应用研究

    摘 要:某沿海火电厂机组停运后,由于励磁母线受潮导致的发电机转子绝缘低,已成为影响机组正常启动的顽固缺陷。讨论了原有励磁共箱封母存在的问题,对浇注母线的特性及改造可行性进行了论证,阐述了现场施工注意事项,并对改造后的运行情况跟踪分析。经对比证实,进行浇注母线改造后,投运效果良好,优于原共箱封母。

Research on the Transformation and Application of Fully
Insulated Cast Bus in Excitation System

    Abstract: After the generator system of a coastal thermal power plant was out of service, the low insulation of the generator rotor caused by the damp of the excitation buses has become a stubborn defect, affecting the normal startup of the system. In this paper, the problems of the original excitation common enclosed buses are discussed, the characteristics and feasibility of transformation of the cast bus are demonstrated,the precautions of site construction are explained, and the running state of the transformed cast bus is also tracked and analyzed. The comparison proves that the transformed cast bus runs better than the original one.
