发电机氢气纯度偏低的治理和典型氢气提纯装置的应用

    摘 要:发电机氢气纯度偏低不仅将提高机组运维成本,造成经济损失,还会形成潜在的设备安全隐患。结合浙江省内发电机组实际运行经验,从密封性、密封油和氢气气源多角度分析发电机氢气纯度偏低的常见原因,并分别介绍基于金属氢化物提纯和储存双重功能的氢气综合提纯系统和基于薄膜蒸发原理的密封油提纯装置的工作原理、结构组成、提纯流程和应用情况。两种典型氢气提纯装置应用后,发电机氢气纯度均显著上升,采用的氢气纯度偏低原因分析方法和提及的氢气提纯装置对相关人员具有一定的借鉴作用。

Application of Hydrogen Purification Device

    Abstract: Low purity of generator hydrogen not only increases the operating costs of generation units, but also creates safety risks to the generator. According to the practical experiences of generator operation in Zhejiang, an integrated analysis on the common causes of low purity of generator hydrogen is presented from the perspective of sealing, sealing oil and hydrogen gas source. Two typical hydrogen purification devices, the comprehensive hydrogen purification system with both functions of purification and storage of metal hydride and the sealing oil purification device based on the thin film evaporation theory, are introduced in aspects of working principle, structure, purification process and application. As a result, the hydrogen purity of generators increases significantly by using that two devices. Lastly, this review could provide some references to relevant researchers.
