以提高配电自动化覆盖率为导向的配网智能化管理研究

    摘 要:以主网 SCADA 系统、配网 DSCADA 系统为支撑,基于配网管理现状,对配网厂站接入、配电自动化系统功能提升和价值挖掘、配网重要用户实时监控等方面进行研究,探索了开关站接入方法,寻求开关站全面接入的可行方案,提高配网的可观、可测、可控水平;研究了配网信息智能监控分析功能,提高调度对配网海量信号的监控效率,辅助调度进行缺陷、故障处理,确保配网安全稳定运行;构建了重要用户实时监控平台,开展用户供电全路径集中监测,及时感知用户异常,并将监测成果用于故障抢修,及早消除隐患,提升了用户“获得电力”服务水平,保障了配网的供电可靠性。

Research on Distribution Network Intelligent Management with the Goal of
Improving the Coverage Rate of Distribution Automation

    Abstract: The paper, supported by main network of SCADA system and distribution network of DSCADA system, makes analysis of the access of distribution network stations, the function improvement and value mining of distribution automation system and the real-time monitoring of important users based on the current situation of the distribution network management. It explores the switch station access method and seeks the feasible scheme of comprehensive access of switch station to improve the observable, measurable and controllable level of distribution networks. The intelligent monitoring and analysis function of distribution network information is analyzed to improve the schedule monitoring efficiency of massive signals, and help the schedule deal with defects and faults to ensure the safe and stable operation of distribution network. Moreover, it constructs a real-time monitoring platform for important users, carries out centralized monitoring of the whole path of user power supply to perceive user anomalies in time, and uses monitoring results for fault repair and hidden dangers elimination,which improves the service of users’ access to electricity and ensures the power supply reliability of distribution networks.
