电流互感器内置防开路模块故障分析与选型策略

    摘 要:针对近年某地区一起一二次融合 ZW32-12 型柱上断路器的故障进行了技术分析与试验验证,通过录波数据查找事故原因,发现故障发生的根本原因是电流互感器内置防开路模块启动电压的设计余量小。阐述了防开路模块的作用和原理,通过理论计算和试验验证给出了防开路模块启动电压的设计依据。经更换合理启动电压的防开路模块及时避免同类故障的再次发生,提升柱上断路器的入网质量,保障了配网的安全稳定运行。

Fault Analysis and Selection Strategy of Built-In Anti-Open
Circuit Module of Current Transformer

    Abstract: In recent years, a primary and secondary fusion ZW32-12 type pole circuit breaker failure was technically analyzed and verified by experiments. The accident cause was searched through the recorded wave data, it was found that the root cause of the fault was the small design margin of the starting voltage of the built-in anti-open circuit module of current transformer. In this paper, the function and principle of anti-open circuit module are briefly described, and the design basis of starting voltage of anti-open circuit module is given through theoretical calculation and experimental verification. Replacing the anti-open circuit module with reasonable starting voltage to avoid the recurrence of similar faults in time, and improve the network access quality of the circuit breaker on the column, thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of the distribution network.
