盐穴储能电站绝缘铜管型母线安装技术研究

    摘 要:传统的母线安装工艺存在效率低下、质量不稳定和安全隐患等问题。针对绝缘铜管型母线安装过程中的施工效率、施工质量和作业安全性进行深入研究,并提出一种稳定、高效且可靠的施工新技术。介绍了该施工新技术的特点、适用范围及工艺原理,经实践应用验证,该技术不仅能够显著提升安装效率,保证施工质量,还能有效增强作业安全性,为类似工程提供了宝贵的参考和经验。

Research on Installation Technology of Insulated Copper Tubular
Busbar for Salt Cave Energy Storage Power Station

    Abstract: The traditional busbar installation process has problems such as low efficiency, unstable quality and safety hazards. In this paper,the construction efficiency, construction quality and operational safety of insulated copper tubular busbar installation process are studied in depth, and a stable, efficient and reliable construction technology is proposed. The characteristics, scope of application and process principle of the new construction technology are introduced, and the practical application verifies that the technology can not only significantly improve the installation efficiency, ensure the construction quality, but also effectively enhance the operational safety, which provides valuable reference and experience for similar projects.
