考虑源荷时间相关性的直流微电网日前-日内鲁棒优化

    摘 要:合理刻画源荷波动是直流微电网经济运行的关键,现有研究常将源荷视作独立分布数值,而未考虑源荷在相邻时段的连续性,使刻画结果偏离实际,影响可再生能源的消纳。通过源荷功率的时间相关性特征,提出了一种新型直流微电网日前-日内鲁棒优化调度策略。基于源荷历史数据,证实源荷功率在相邻时间段存在相关性特征,并通过高斯过程回归算法合理刻画源荷时间相关性特征,构建源荷不确定集,避免不合理场景影响运行决策;由于日前鲁棒优化的恶劣场景与源荷实时功率存在一定偏差,导致源荷供需不匹配,从而诱发停电事故,为解决这一问题,建立日内鲁棒优化调度,以储能系统与双向并网逆变器为灵活调度手段,实现对日前调度决策的修正,保证直流微电网的稳定运行。通过算例对比,验证了所提策略的有效性与优越性。

Day-Ahead to Intra-Day Robust Optimization of DC Microgrids
Considering Time Dependence of Source Load

    Abstract: Reasonable characterization of source load fluctuation is the key to economic operation of DC microgrid. Existing studies often regard source load as an independent distribution value, without considering the continuity of source load in adjacent periods, which makes the characterization result deviation from the reality and affects the consumption of renewable energy. Therefore, based on the time dependent characteristics of the source power, this paper proposes a novel day-ahead to intra-day robust optimization scheduling strategy for DC microgrids.Firstly, through the historical data of the source load, it is proved that the power of the source load has correlation characteristics in the adjacent time periods. The Gaussian process regression algorithm is used to reasonably depict the time dependent characteristics of the source load, construct the uncertainty set of the source load, and avoid the unreasonable scene affecting the operation decision. Secondly, due to a certain deviation between the severe scenario of the robust optimization and the real-time power of the source load, the supply and demand of the source load do not match, and tripping power failure may occur. In order to solve this problem, this paper establishes the intra-day robust optimization scheduling, and uses the energy storage system and the bidirectional grid-connected inverter as the flexible scheduling means to realize the revision of the day-ahead scheduling decision and ensure the stable operation of the DC microgrid. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed strategy are verified by comparison of numerical examples.
