基于三级降噪技术的低噪声环保型配电变压器优化设计

    摘 要:配电变压器运行时产生的噪声会对人居环境造成一定影响。以 S20-M-400/10-NX2 低噪声环保型配电变压器为研究对象,系统分析了配电变压器噪声产生的机理,包括铁芯磁致伸缩效应、硅钢片接缝磁场畸变及结构共振等关键因素。提出了“源头降噪+路径阻断+终端吸收”的三级控制策略,试制产品实测噪声声功率级 LWA,SN 为 37 dB(A),为低噪声配电变压器的工程化设计提供了参考。

    Abstract: Noise generated by the operation of distribution transformers can adversely affect residential environments.This study focuses on the S20-M-400/10-NX2 low-noise environmentally friendly distribution transformer, systematically analyzing the mechanisms of distribution transformer noise generation. Key factors include magnetostriction effects in the iron core, magnetic field distortions at silicon steel lamination joints, and structural resonances. A three-tier control strategy is proposed, integrating “source noise reduction + propagation path blocking + terminal absorption”. Prototype testing demonstrates a measured sound power level LWA,SN of 37 dB(A), providing valuable references for the engineering design of low-noise distribution transformers.
