五电平ANPC逆变器飞跨电容电压简化控制策略

    摘 要:为简化五电平有源中点钳位(ANPC)逆变器工作时飞跨电容电压控制难度较大且控制方式较为复杂的问题,提出了一种基于简化虚拟矢量的五电平 ANPC 逆变器飞跨电容电压模型预测控制策略。通过分析各个电压矢量与电流流向之间的关系,简化传统的调制方法合成虚拟矢量,并结合电流流向、调制波与载波的位置,在不同工作区间内引入相应虚拟矢量,实现五电平 ANPC 逆变器飞跨电容电压控制。通过调制度静态和动态实验,证明了所提出策略的有效性。

    Abstract: To simplify the challenging voltage control and complex control methods of flying capacitors in five-level active neutral point clamped (ANPC) inverters during operation, this paper proposes a simplified virtual vector-based model predictive control strategy for flying capacitor voltage in five-level ANPC inverters. By analyzing the relationship between voltage vectors and current direction, the traditional modulation method is simplified to synthesize virtual vectors. Combined with current direction and the positions of modulation waves and carriers,appropriate virtual vectors are introduced in different operating intervals to achieve flying capacitor voltage control in five-level ANPC inverters.Both static and dynamic experiments under varying modulation indices demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
