电力变压器感应电压试验时容性无功功率的估算

    摘 要 :新版 GB/T 1094.3—2017《电力变压器 第 3 部分 :绝缘水平、绝缘试验及外绝缘空气间隙》 标准相较 GB/T 1094.3—2003 版标准,在感应电压试验项目 ( 即 IVW 和 IVPD) 的规定上有很大的不同, 分析研究新标准要求的试验时变压器的容性无功功率,对于制造厂顺利开展该试验很有必要。根据变压 器的绕组排列结构以及感应电压试验时各绕组的电位分布情况,建立了容性无功功率分析模型,并按功 率等于端口电压乘入端电流的方法导出了 IVW 或 IVPD 试验时的容性无功功率估算式,经两个试验实例 验证,证明了其具有较高的估算精度。

Estimation of Capacitive Reactive Power of Power Transformers in Induced Voltage Tests

    Abstract: The new version of GB/ T 1094.3—2017 “Power Transformers - Part 3: Insulation Level, Dielectric Tests and Extemal Clearance in Air” standard has significant differences in the provisions of induced voltage test (i.e. IVW and IVPD) compared with the GB/ T 1094.3—2003 version. Analyzing and studying the capacitive reactive power of the transformer during the test as required by the new standard is crucial for manufactures to carry out the tests smoothly. Based on the winding arrangement structure of the transformer and the potential distribution of each winding during the induced voltage test, a capacitive reactive power analysis model was established. The capacitive reactive power estimation formula for IVW and IVPD tests was derived according to the method that power equals port voltage multiplied by input current. Verification through two test cases proves that the formula has high estimation accuracy.
