10 kV线路低频减载误动问题分析及改进

    摘 要:针对某站10 kV 线路低频减载发生误动作情况,通过对动作报告、录波、测频、保护逻辑进行分析,认为误动作是由于PT 饱和产生分频分量及保护逻辑设计不合理造成的。提出针对性的逻辑优化方案,通过现场问题验证,解决了误动问题,并列举常见低频减载误动作情况及防误措施,避免再次发生低频减载误动作。

Misoperation Problem Analysis and Improvement of 10 kV Line Low Frequency Load Shedding

    Abstract: In allusion to the misoperation situation happening in certain station of 10 kV line low frequency load shedding, this paper analyzed the action report, the wave recording, the frequency measurement and the protection logic to find that the malfunction was caused by the fractional frequency component produced by PT saturation and the unreasonable design of protection logic. This paper proposed the specific logic-optimized scheme, solved the problem of the misoperation by the site problem verification and enumerated the common low frequency load shedding misoperation situation and anti-misoperation measures to avoid the low frequency load shedding misoperation occurring again.
