一种新型双向直流变换器的研究及应用

摘 要:对传统对称全桥双向直流变换器拓扑结构进行改进,设计了一种新型高压大功率双向直流变换器。分析了带隔直电容及有源箝位电路双全桥双向直流变换器的工作原理,给出了主要元器件参数的设计计算并优化了高频变压器的设计。实验验证表明,该变换器有效提高了整机效率,减小了整机体积,具有很好的稳定性。

Abstract: The designed new kind of high voltage and large power bidirectional DC/DC converter made great improvement on the topological structure of traditional symmetry full-bridge bidirectional DC/DC converter. This paper analyzed the working principle of dual full-bridge bidirectional DC/DC converter with insulated direct current capacitance and active clamping circuit, completing the design calculation of the primary device parameters and optimizing the design of high frequency transformer. The experimental results show that the converter raises the overall efficiency effectively and reduces the volume of the whole machine, with very good stability.
