220 kV智能变电站母线扩建继电保护改造方案研究

摘 要:智能变电站母线改扩建工程目前多采用变电站全停的改造模式,对电网运行影响较大。以某220 kV智能变电站母线和主变扩建工程为例,分析了该智能变电站母线和主变间隔扩建对全站二次设备的影响和调试需求,在一次设备停电影响最小的前提下,提出了扩建工程继电保护改造技术方案、施工方案及各环节的安全措施,避免了因改扩建工程对地区电网供电造成严重影响。

Research on Renovation Scheme of Relay Protection in 220 kV Smart Substation Bus Extension Project

Abstract: At present bus reorganization and expansion project of smart substation involves more intervals, so that all stop mode of substation is mostly used to avoid the risk of operation in the reorganization process, which has a great effect on grid operation. Taking certain 220 kV smart substation bus and the main transformer extension project for example, this paper analyzed the impacts of smart substation bus and main transformer interval extension on the whole station secondary equipment and the debugging requirement. Under the premise of minimizing the interruption of the running primary equipment, this paper proposed the expansion project relay protection reconstruction technology scheme, the construction scheme and the safety precautions of each link to avoid the strong impacts caused by the reconstruction and extension project on the regional grid power supply.
