二冲程活塞发动机点火系统的设计与仿真

    摘 要:针对传统点火系统进行优化设计,提出一种高能高速活塞发动机用点火系统,尤其适用于二冲程高速汽油活塞机。该设计利用变频反激变换升压电路提升点火线圈充电电压,并在点火线圈中反向嵌入永磁体增加点火能量,最后将提高点火线圈功率开关的钳位电压提高至800 V,提升了火花塞的击穿等级,理论计算和仿真结果表明,所提出的设计思路可以有效提升点火系统的点火能量和点火频率。

Design and Simulation of a Spark Ignition System for Two Stroke Piston Engine

    Abstract: Aiming at the optimization design of a traditional ignition system, this paper proposed a kind of high energy spark ignition system for high speed piston engine, especially suitable for direct-injected gasoline two stroke engines. The boosted variable-frequency flyback converter was used to promote the ignition coil charging voltage and a piece of permanent magnet was embedded into the ignition coil to increase the ignition energy. With the clamp voltage across IGBTs promoted to 800 V, the spark plug break-down voltage was improved. Theoretical calculation and simulation results show that the proposed design thought can promote the ignition energy and frequency of the
ignition system.
