断路器远程温度监控器的设计

摘 要:为了减少断路器使用中因温升过高引起的故障,设计了一种具有无接触的温度采样、温升显示、超温升报警、断路器远程控制等特点的智能控制器,采用M430F5436A单片机实现主控与通信功能,红外温度传感器实现对断路器温度检测,继电器实现对断路器控制。经试验与现场配柜运行,该自动控制系统很好地实现了对断路器温度的监测与控制。

Design of Remote Temperature Monitoring and Controlling Unit for Circuit Breaker

Abstract: In order to reduce the temperature rise failures of circuit breakers, this paper designed an intelligent controller with many features such as non-touch temperature sampling, temperature rise display, over temperature rising alarm, remote control for circuit breakers. The micro-controller M430F5436A was used as the main control and communication module, infrared sensor as sampling circuit breaker temperature, and relays as controlling circuit breaker. The experimental results show that the automatic control system realizes circuit breaker temperature monitoring and controlling well.
