变电站选址定容规划模型研究

    摘 要:提出一种以所需费用和供电隶属关系变更次数最小为目标的多阶段多目标变电站选址定容规划模型。该模型不但考虑了变电站建设费用、变压器购置费用和网络损耗费用,还满足变电站实际运行中的潮流约束、容量约束、供电半径约束以及逻辑约束条件。为验证所提模型的可行性,采用遗传算法对算例进行优化求解,仿真结果表明了模型和所用算法的有效性。

Research on Planning Model of Substation Location and Capacity

    Abstract: This paper presented a new kind of multistage and multiobject planning model of substation location and capacity taking the alteration frequency minimum of required cost and power supply membership function as the the object. This proposed model not only included substation installation cost, transformer cost and network loss cost, but also met the conditions of tide constraint, capacity constraint, power supply radius constraint and logic constraint in the actual operation of the substation. In order to verify the feasibility of the model, this paper used the genetic algorithm to optimize an example. The simulation results validate the correctness and effectiveness of the developed model.
