基于多层次模糊综合评价法的微电网风险评估

摘 要:针对微电网风险评估,建立了微电网风险指标体系,该体系包括结构安全、运行安全和技术安全等各方面的一级指标及相应的子指标。将层次分析法与模糊评价法进行综合,获得了各层指标的权重和综合风险评估矩阵。结合实例对微电网总体风险情况进行评估,分析结果直观显示了微电网中三大主要风险的重要性程度,且得到了其相应子指标的重要程度排序。

Risk Assessment of Microgrid Based on Multi-Level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

Abstract: In allusion to the risk assessment of microgrid, a comprehensive risk assessment index system for microgrid was built. The system included first-level indexes such as structure safety, operation safety and technique safety etc, and the corresponding sub-indexes. The paper integrated the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method with the fuzzy evaluation method to obtain the weight of each layer index and the comprehensive risk assessment matrix. The whole risk situation of microgrid was evaluated via practical examples. The analysis results directly show that the three major risks in microgrid are very important, and each index has the sequence of their own degree of importance.
