多挡电力智能调压器有载分接开关的研发

    摘 要:为解决农村电网电压不合格问题,研制了一款新型电力智能调压器。该调压器采用新型自耦变压器、有载分接开关及线路自动监测与控制技术等,具有调节挡位多、精细调节、用户无瞬间断电等特点。有载分接开关采用机械传动装置,机械开关采用间歇式传动机构,且通过加装SSRA电子开关实现触头无燃弧开合,大大增强了使用寿命和运行的安全性。

Development of On-Load Tap-Changer for Multi-Level Power Intelligent Voltage Regulator

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of unqualified voltage in rural power grid, this paper developed a new type of intelligent electric voltage regulator, which adopted a new type of autotransformer, on-load tap-changer, line automatic monitoring and control technology etc, with many advantages, such as adjusting the number of gears, adjusting the precision, and no instantaneous power failure etc features. The on-load tap-changer adopted mechanical transmission and the mechanical switch adopted the intermittent-type transmission mechanism. The SSRA electronic switch was added to realize the contact non-arc opening and closing, which greatly enhances the safety of service life and operation.
