万能式断路器使用故障分析与处理

摘 要：由于部分使用者对万能式断路器不甚了解，在实际使用过程中常常出现异常状况。结合实际案例，从成套配电柜的不规范设计、现场施工的不规范、现场使用及维护人员的误操作以及断路器选型不当等方面，对万能式断路器的使用故障进行了分析与处理，指出设计时应考虑周全，现场施工应符合相关电气规范要求，对产品不熟悉的情况下不要擅自更改或拆卸断路器。

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Universal Circuit Breaker

Abstract: Because part users poorly understood the universal circuit breaker, there existed abnormal conditions in actual use procedure. Combining with the practical cases, this paper carried out analysis and process for the use malfunction of universal circuit breaker from the aspects of irregular design of power distribution switchgear cabinet, irregular site operation, misoperation of site service and maintenance personnel and improper model selection of circuit breaker etc. It is pointed out that the design should be thoughtful. The site operation should accord with the corresponding electrical code requirement and the circuit breaker shouldn’t be changed and took down under the conditions of unfamiliar products.
