    摘 要:为进一步提高微电网的供电可靠性,基于风光柴储的微电网,在充分考虑各种微源特性的情况下,对微电网黑启动中电源的选择进行了对比分析,选择柴油发电机作为黑启动电源;对比分析了微电网黑启动的并行/ 串行恢复策略,提出了一种改进的微电网串行恢复黑启动策略,并制定了详细的黑启动流程。基于PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果验证了该黑启动策略的有效性和可操作性。

Research on Black-Start Strategy of Isolated Microgrid

    Abstract: In order to further improve the reliability of microgrid power supply, based on the microgrid of wind, photovoltaic, diesel generator and energy storage, fully considering the characteristics of various micro-sources, this paper compared and analyzed the selection of power supply in black-start of microgrid. The diesel generator was chosen as the black-start power supply. This paper analyzed the parallel and serial restoration strategy of the microgrid black-start, proposed an improved black-start strategy for serial restoration of microgrid and formulated the detailed operation procedure of black-start, building a simulation model based on PSCAD/EMTDC platform. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and operability of the black-start strategy.
