    摘 要:配电网的开关设备大多数故障是由其操作机构故障引起的,通过在一体化集成的智能柱上开关上加装传感器,监测获取操作机构的分、合闸线圈和储能电机工作电流,结合环境温湿度等特征信息的变化,提出了一种针对操作机构的多元信息状态监测和故障诊断方法,通过对比同一操作机构的多次电流波纹变化,结合环境温湿度的变化,预测操作机构的性能变化趋势,综合诊断操作机构的性能状态,提前发现潜在的设备故障隐患,给出相对应的检修意见,有助于全面了解开关设备的各项状态指标,降低开关设备的故障率。

    Abstract: Most of the faults of switchgear in distribution network are caused by the faults of its operating mechanism. Via adding sensors on the integrated column switch to monitor the working current of making and breaking coil and energy-stored motor and combining with the changes of the environmental temperature and humidity etc feature information, this paper proposed a kind of multi-information state monitoring and fault diagnosis method for the operating mechanism. By comparing the multiple current ripple changes of the same operating mechanism and combining with changes in environmental temperature and humidity, this paper forecasted the trend of performance change of the operating mechanism, diagnosed the performance status of the operating mechanism comprehensively, so that the potential equipment failure hidden danger was found out in advance and the corresponding maintenance suggestions were given, which is helpful to understand the state indicators of the switchgear comprehensively, reducing the failure rate of the switchgear.
