中压交流金属封闭开关设备绝缘试验中难点问题探析

摘 要:因试验人员对GB 3906—2006、IEC 62271-200:2011等标准的理解和执行存在偏差,导致中压交流金属封闭开关设备在实际运行和试验中出现许多问题。研究了国内外相关标准,对中压开关设备绝缘试验中大气湿度修正、内外绝缘考核、雷电冲击试验程序及判据、观察窗和活门的试验、开关断口的纵绝缘试验等难点问题进行了深入剖析,并指出了实际试验中应当注意的问题,为从事高压试验检测的技术人员参考。

Analysis of Difficulties in Insulation Test of Medium Voltage AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Abstract: Due to the deviations caused by testers’ understanding and executing of GB 3906—2006, IEC 62271-200:2011 etc standards, there are many problems arising in actual operation and test of medium voltage AC metal-enclosed switchgear. This paper researched on the relevant standards at home and abroad, and made a thorough analysis of the difficulties in the insulation test of medium voltage AC metalenclosed switchgear, such as humidity correction, examination of internal and external insulation, lightning impulse test procedure and criterion, examination of observation windows and shutter, longitudinal insulation test of switch, and pointed out the problems needed to pay attention in the actual test, which provides references for the technicists working on high-voltage test detection.
