一种小型单线圈继电器测试分选系统的研制

摘 要:为满足标准要求,在用的小型继电器需要筛选分类后才能使用,而传统手工筛选方式存在效率低和差错率高等局限性。开发了一种小型单线圈继电器测试分选系统,该系统集上料单元、测试分级单元、喷码单元、收料单元和安全防护单元于一体,巧妙地将取料、测试与分级、喷码、装盒四个过程高效衔接起来,经测试准确性与测试效率对比,大为减少中间周转时间,不仅提高了测试效率,而且还能保证分级准确性,避免越级产品混入生产流程带来的质量风险。

Development of a Small Single Coil Relay Testing and Sorting System

Abstract: In order to meet the standard requirements, the small relay in use needs to be screened and classified before it can be used, however, the traditional manual screening method has the limitations of low efficiency and high error rate.This paper developed a small single coil relay testing and sorting system, which integrated feeding unit, test grading unit, spray printing unit, receiving unit and safety protection unit, and skillfully connected the four processes of feeding, testing and classification, spray printing and packing, greatly reduced the intermediate turnaround time.After comparison of testing accuracy and efficiency, it is found that this system not only improves the test efficiency, but also ensures the accuracy of classification to avoid the quality risk caused by cross-grade products mixed into the production process.
