降低放热熔焊焊接点缺陷率

摘 要:针对变电工程中放热熔焊焊接点缺陷率高的现象,从焊接模具、焊接材料、焊接工艺等方面分析研究了其产生原因,并对主要末端原因制定相对应的措施,经九江500 kV 变电站新建工程中推广实施,该相关方法及措施有效降低了放热熔焊焊接点缺陷率。

How to Reduce Defect Rate of Exothermic Fusion Welding Point

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon that the exothermic fusion welding point had high defect rate in power transformation engineering,this paper analyzed the causes from the aspects of welding mould, welding material and welding technology and enacted the corresponding measures for the main terminals. After the generalized implementation in the new construction of Jiujiang 500 kV power transformation engineering,this correlation method and measures reduce the defect rate of exothermic fusion welding point.
