基于国网标准化设计要求的空气绝缘环网柜开发

    摘 要:通过对国家电网公司12 kV空气绝缘环网柜标准化设计技术规范要求解读分析,并基于其主要技术指标给出12 kV空气绝缘环网柜产品的设计方案,该设计方案重点为雷电冲击耐受电压、局放值两个关键技术参数,并从环网柜的绝缘水平、整机局放值两方面进行把控,制定科学的生产工艺规范。通过样机试验验证,实现了该产品在电气绝缘性能和局部放电指标方面满足了技术和批量生产要求,提升了设备运行的可靠性。

Development of Air Insulation Ring Network Cabinet Based on the Standard Design Requirements of State Grid

    Abstract: Through the interpretation and analysis of the technical specifications for the standardized design of the 12 kV air-insulated ring main unit of the State Grid Corporation of China, and based on its main technical indicators, the design plan of the 12 kV air-insulated ring main unit products is given. The design plan focuses on two key technical parameters of lightning impulse withstand voltage and partial discharge value, and controls the insulation level of the ring main unit and the partial discharge value of the whole machine to formulate scientific production process specifications. Through prototype test verification, it is realized that the product meets the technical and mass production requirements in terms of electrical insulation performance and partial discharge indicators, and improves the reliability of equipment operation.
