低压小型断路器短路试验的影响因素分析

    摘 要:小型断路器的短路试验作为产品认证时必不可少的检测项目,对制造商和客户来说都是极为重视的。结合实际检测工作的经验,对GB/T 10963.1 标准中规定断路器( 小型断路器) 短路试验的影响因素进行分析和举例,指出制造商应综合考虑客户要求、生产成本、标准规定等,从而确定其产品的额定电流、额定短路电流、触头材料和大小等,尽量做到产品最优化。

    Abstract: The short-circuit test of miniature circuit breakers, as an indispensable test item for product certification, is of great importance to manufacturers and customers. Combining the actual testing experience, the author analyzes and gives examples of the influencing factors of the short circuit test of the circuit breaker (small circuit breaker) specified in GB/T 10963.1. Also, the author pointed out that manufacturers should comprehensively consider customer requirements, production costs, standard regulations, etc., to determine the rated current, rated short-circuit current, contact material and size of their products, and try to optimize the product.
