电控组件测试系统研究

    摘 要:分析了路内测试及总线测试的基本原理,提出了电控组件 PCB 板检测系统的软硬件设计方案。该系统采用研华工控机作为上位机,通过 PCI 输入输出板卡连接控制器控制开关矩阵,对待测电路板加载测量信号,并实时采集输出信号,通过接收到的输出信号判断 PCB 板是否工作正常,同时还可生成检测报表。检测试验证明,该系统可以自动对电控组件 PCB 板的功能进行检测,检测结果准确,且能提供故障提示信息。

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the basic principle of in-circuit test and bus test, and puts forward the software and hardware design scheme of PCB board detection system for electronic control components. An Advantech industrial control computer is used as the upper computer in the system, which connects the control switch matrix through PCI input and output board card. While loading measuring signals on the circuit board to be tested, the output signals are collected in real time. Through the received output signals, it can be judged whether the PCB board is working normally. In addition, the system is capable of generating the detection report. Practice has proved that the system can automatically detect the function of the electronic control component PCB board, and the detection results are accurate. In addition, it can provide fault prompt information.
