一起断路器防跳回路缺陷案例的分析及改进方法

    摘 要:防跳回路在断路器操作回路中意义重大,能有效防止断路器发生“跳跃”对断路器本身和电网造成的巨大冲击。针对某新建变电站验收时发现的防跳试验后断路器不能再次进行手动合闸的问题,阐述了断路器本体机构防跳和操继箱防跳两种方式的原理,分析了该起断路器防跳回路缺陷的原因,给出了一种在现场缺少多余防跳继电器辅助接点情况下,消除防跳回路寄生回路的改进方法,现场试验验证了该方法的有效性。

Circuit Defect of Breaker

    Abstract: The leap-preventive circuit is of great significance in the operation circuit of breaker, and can effectively prevent the breaker from “leaping” which may cause a huge impact on the breaker itself and the power grid. According to the found problem during acceptance of a new substation that breaker cannot be manually closed again after leap-preventive test, this paper expounds the principles of leap-preventivecircuit in body mechanism and operating box, analyzes the cause of the leap-preventive circuit defect, and presents an improved method to eliminate the parasitic loop of leap-preventive circuit in the absence of auxiliary nodes of redundant leap-preventive relays. The effectiveness of the method is verified on site.
