基于环路组搜索策略的多目标配电网重构研究

    摘 要:提出一种基于环路组搜索策略的多目标配电网重构算法,对含分布式电源(DG) 的配电网进行重构。采用环路编码的方式将网络划分为若干个基本环路,以此减少搜索空间,同时考虑的目标函数包括系统的有功网损最小、电压幅值偏移量最小、开关的操作次数最少,并利用层次分析法(AHP) 将以上目标函数进行归一化后整合为单目标函数,降低搜索维度的同时还提高了算法的搜索效率。再通过引入变邻域搜索(VNS) 改进二进制粒子群算法(BPSO),使其拥有更好的全局搜索能力。通过含DG 的PG & E69 节点算例分析表明:改进后算法的寻优效率明显提升,目标函数值也更优越,重构后配电网络的各项情况均得到显著优化。

    Abstract: A multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration algorithm based on loop group search strategy is proposed to reconstruct the distribution network with distributed generation (DG). The network is divided into several basic loops by loop coding to reduce the search space. At the same time, taking the minimum active power loss, the minimum voltage amplitude offset and the minimum switch operation times as the objective functions, the above objective functions are normalized and integrated into a single objective function by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which reduces the search dimension and improves the search efficiency of the algorithm. Then the variable neighborhood search (VNS) is introduced to improve the binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO) algorithm, so that it has better global search ability. Finally, the analysis of the PG & E69 node calculation example with DG shows that the optimization efficiency of the improved algorithm is significantly improved, the objective function value is also better, and all the situations of the reconstructed distribution network are significantly optimized.
