英国电力市场化改革对中国电力市场发展的启示

摘 要：英国是当时欧盟第一个开始推进电力市场化改革的国家，并一直处于深化电力市场化改革的世界前列，这为欧盟乃至全世界各国电力市场化发展提供了可靠的样板。阐述了英国电力市场改革的历程及模式，分析了英国电力市场化改革的经验及教训，提出了对国内电力市场发展的借鉴建议，从而稳步推动国内电力市场化进程，实现整个行业的良性有序发展。

The Enlightenment of UK Electricity Market Reform to the
Development of Chinese Electricity Market

Abstract: As the first country to start the reform of electricity market, the United Kingdom has played a pioneering role in exploring the deepening of electricity market reform in European Union.This move provides a reliable model for the development of electricity market of other countries in the world. This paper, taking the British electricity marketization as the analysis object, puts forward feasible suggestions that will promote the development of the domestic electricity marketization, so as to realize the benign and orderly operation of the entireindustry.
