相对介损检测在一起220 kV电压互感器绝缘缺陷中应用

    摘 要:针对一起某变电站 220 kV 电容式电压互感器 (CVT) 相对介损带电测试数据超标、红外测温异常的情况。检测人员停电试验发现 CVT 电容单元数据超标,经设备进行解体后检查发现,电容单元部分电容芯子存在铝箔断裂和绝缘击穿故障,证明相对介损测试是一种有效的在容性设备绝缘状态带电检测手段。

    Abstract: There was an accidental situation in the relative dielectric loss live test of the 220 kV capacitive voltage transformer (CVT). The test showed excessive data and abnormal infrared temperature. The power outage test found that the data of the CVT capacitor unit exceeded the standard. This study examined the disassembled equipment, and there were existing fault symptoms of some capacitor cores of the capacitor unit that had aluminum foil fracture and insulation breakdown. Therefore, in the insulation condition of capacitive equipment, the relative dielectric loss test is a valid electric measure.
