高压开关柜隔离接地三工位操作装置设计研究

    摘 要:针对现有隔离接地三工位操作装置的隔离和接地部分操作复杂、传动结构复杂、零件多、成本高等问题,设计了一种高压柜隔离接地三工位操作装置。该装置高压柜母线的隔离、接地和接通状态能够连续操作切换,解决了误操作问题,通过使用软轴接地传动模块,简化了传动结构从而降低了生产成本,经实际工程项目应用,获得了较好的经济效益。

The Design of Three Working Position Disconnecting/Earthing Operating
Device for High Voltage Switch Cabinet

    Abstract: The existing three-position disconnecting/earthing operating device has shortcomings, such as the inconvenient operation of disconnector and earthing switch, cumbersome transmission structure, much more parts and high costs. To solve these problems, an advanced three working position disconnecting /earthing operating device for high voltage switchgear is designed in this paper. It can continuously switch the operation to disconnecting,earthing, or making and consequently prevented misoperations. Additionally, the utilization of the earthing flexible driving shaft simplified the transmission structure and reduced the cost of production. Finally, this device is proved cost-effective by applying to some practical projects.
