丁腈橡胶在电力设备植物绝缘油中的应用与改进

    摘 要:做好相关的相容性试验,防止因相容性较差而导致植物绝缘油或者橡胶材料的劣化影响电力设备安全运行,具有积极的意义。通过对丁腈橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶、耐植物油丁腈橡胶等与植物绝缘油的相容性测试,整理和对比测试数据,分析试验结果,解释了在相容性试验中发现丁腈橡胶在植物绝缘油中使用存在的一些缺陷,为植物绝缘油变压器的使用提供参考。

    Abstract: It has significant meaning for doing the relevant compatibility tests. Because the poor compatibility might lead to the deterioration of plant insulating oil or rubber materials and affect the safe operation of power equipment. This paper examined the compatibility of nitrile rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, vegetable oil-resistant nitrile rubber with vegetable insulating oil and analyzed the results while collating and comparing test data. This study explains the existing defects of the use of nitrile rubber in vegetable oil and provides a reference for the application of vegetable oil-based transformers.
