物联网技术在特高压主设备智慧管控平台中的应用

摘 要:由于没有统一的平台对特高压变电站生产、发运、现场安装、调试和试验阶段进行管理,将物联网技术应用到特高压变电站的建设过程中,建设了特高压主设备智慧管控平台。介绍了物联网技术在生产管控、运输管控和安装管控中的应用,该平台将各个阶段信息串联起来,能有效解决数据共享问题,更精确地进行主设备全流程的管理和维护,节约了变电站主设备管理的成本。

Abstract: Since there is no unified platform to manage the production, delivery, on-site installation, commissioning and test phases of UHV substations, this article applies the Internet of Things technology to the construction of UHV substations and builds a intelligent management and control platform for UHV main equipment.This study introduced the application of IoT technology in production control,transportation control, and installation control. The platform connects the information of various stages and effectively solves the problem of data sharing. Moreover, it accurately manages and maintains the whole process of the main equipment, saving the cost of the main equipment management of the substation.
