极限电容量试品雷电冲击试验技术分析

摘 要:通过 550 kV 长母线管及高压纯电阻箱的雷电冲击试验案例,介绍了如何调整回路参数以解决极限电容量试品在雷电冲击试验过程中波头时间与过冲幅值的矛盾。分析了试验过程中的问题,总结出了极限电容量试品的雷电冲击试验技术,对于极限大容量试品,通过增加冲击发生器主电容、减小回路电感、不改变阻值情况下并联波头电阻等方式可以有效解决在调试标准雷电冲击波形时波头时间和过冲幅值的矛盾;对于极限小容量试品,则通过并联合适的负载电容可以有效解决该问题。

Analysis of Lightning Impulse Test Technology for Limit Capacitance Test Object

Abstract: This research analyzed the lighting impulse test of 550 kV pipe type bus bar and high voltage resistance box. It introduced the method to adjust the circuit parameter for solving the contradiction between the wave head time and the over-impact amplitude of the limit capacitance sample in the lightning impact test. It figured out the problems during the experiment process and summarized the lightning impact experimental technology of the limit capacitance test. Overall, for the ultimate capacity guinea pigs, it might fix the problem mentioned above by increasing the capacity of the surge generator, reducing circuit inductance, or paralleling wave-front resistance under the unchanged electric resistance value. For the minimum capacity guinea pigs, paralleling the appropriate load capacitance might solve the contradiction.
