低压无功补偿柜的电磁兼容特性分析

    摘 要:电工电子产品在低压开关柜中的广泛应用,使得作为低压开关柜型式试验考核项目之一的电磁兼容性 (EMC) 显得尤为重要。以一台带静止无功发生器 (SVG) 的低压无功补偿柜为例,在整柜的设计过程中,通过合理的元器件选型、屏蔽、滤波、接地等方法的柜体结构设计规避电磁干扰,以保证低压无功补偿柜的电磁兼容特性。经样机试制与型式试验考核,验证了其在设计过程中应重点注意的事项,并就 EMC 试验过程中出现的问题,给出了故障原因分析及整改举措。

    Abstract: Electrical and electronic products are widely used in low voltage switchgear. Therefore, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is one of the vital assessments of the low voltage switchgear type test.In this paper, a low voltage reactive power compensation cabinet with an SVG static reactive power generator has been taken as an example. In the whole cabinet design process, such as reasonable components selection, shielding, filtering, grounding, and other methods are adopted to avoid electromagnetic interference, to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility characteristics of low voltage reactive power compensation cabinet. After prototype trial production and type test assessment, it verified vital points in the design process. It proposes the failure reason analysis and rectification measures for the problems that occurred in the EMC test process.
