550 kV快速接地开关新型自力型触头设计与计算

    摘 要:针对接地开关常用梅花触头结构复杂、安装困难、成本较高等缺点,设计了新型自力型触头结构。通过增加压紧弹簧来提高接触压力,利用自身的高导电性和可靠的接触压力,提高耐受短路电流产生的电动力能力。采用有限元分析和理论计算对触指进行优化,计算触头接触压力,并对动热稳定性以及短路关合能力进行校核,确保了新型自力型触头设计合理性。

Design and Calculation of New Type Self-Elastic Contact for
550 kV High-Speed Earthing Switch

    Abstract: This study designs a new self-elastic contact structure to solve the shortcomings of plum blossom contacts, such as complex structure, complex installation, high cost, etc. It increases the contact pressure by adding a compression spring, and uses its own high conductivity and reliable contact pressure to improve the electrodynamic ability to withstand short-circuit current. This paper also used finite element analysis and theoretical calculation to optimize the contact finger, calculated the contact pressure of the contact, and verified the dynamic and thermal stability and short-circuits closing capability to ensure the rationality of the new self-supporting contact design.
