    摘 要:针对 3 150 A 大电流移开式开关柜采用风机进行强制风冷采购成本、运维成本较高的问题,分析了导体发热、涡流、散热通道效果对设备温升的影响程度,提出改善发热元件散热的方法和措施,并对开关柜内空气流风道构建进行了优化,为大电流移开式开关柜应用自然风冷技术降低运维成本,提高设备的可靠性提供技术支撑。

    Abstract: Many problems, such as high purchase costs and high operation and maintenance costs, exist in the 3 150 A high current movable switchgear when it uses the draught fan to air blast cooling. To solve those problems, this paper analyzed the influence of conductor heating, eddy current, and heat dissipation channel effects on the temperature rise of the equipment and proposed methods and measures to improve the heat dissipation of heating elements.This study proposed methods and measures to improve the heat dissipation of heating elements as well. It optimized the construction of airflow ducts in the switchgear for decreasing the operation and maintenance costs of the high current removable switchgear applied the natural air cooling technology. Besides, it also provided technical support for the reliability of the equipment.
