费控业务模式差异与推广风险分析

摘 要：介绍了本地费控业务与远程费控业务的定义、业务架构和运行模式，比较了两种方式在抄表、核算、收费、预警和停复电等方面的差异，阐述了费控模式推广应用的主要风险点。指出供电部门在费控业务推广过程中应充分考虑客户意见，合理选择费控模式，制定可行服务措施，逐步使费控业务成为一种被广泛接受的用电方式。

Differences and Extension Risk Analysis of Electricity Control Business Model

Abstract: Introduction was made to the definition, business structure and operation model of local electricity control business and long distance electricity control business. This paper compared the differences of the two methods in the meter reading, business accounting, fee charging, forewarning, power stopping and recovering, etc aspects, explaining the main risks among electricity control mode promotion and application. It is pointed out that during the process of electricity control business promotion and application, utility companies should concern clients’ advices at all points, and through reasonable choice of electricity control mode and development of practical service measures, electricity control business would gradually become a publicly accepted power consumption way.
