变电站电流电压二次回路全站测试方法研究

摘 要:提出一种变电站全站测试方法,该法基于变电站综合自动化系统,结合主接线特点,在变电站进线和低压母线处布置激励点,在配电室和继电室的测控装置和电能采集装置处采集二次电流电压信号从而判别二次回路的接线情况。介绍了测试流程及关键技术,试验结果表明,该法提高了变电站电流电压互感器二次回路的检测效率和准确性。

Research on Whole Station Testing Method of Current and Voltage Secondary Circuit in Substation

Abstract: This paper presented a kind of whole substation testing method. This method was based on the integrated automation system of substation, combined with the characteristics of the main wiring. The excitation point was placed in the entry lines and low-voltage bus bar of substation, and the current and voltage signals at secondary side were collected in terminals of control device and electric energy acquisition device in distribution room and relay room to judge the wiring connection situation of secondary circuit. Introduction was made to the test flow and the key technology. The field test results indicate that this method has enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of the current and voltage transformer secondary circuit of the substation.
