一起500 kV变压器油中乙炔超标原因分析与处理

    摘 要:及时有效地诊断变压器在运行过程中潜在的内部缺陷, 对保障电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义。针对某电厂 500 kV 变压器油中乙炔含量超标情况,持续跟踪乙炔含量变化趋势,通过变压器油色谱测量数据三比值法计算,判断故障类型为低能量放电。退出变压器运行并返厂维修,经过变压器解体吊芯检查发现放电故障点,经放电故障原因分析,并针对性维修,最终消除放电故障。

    Abstract: To diagnose potential internal defects of transformers during operation timely and effectively is vital to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system. In a power plant, the acetylene content in the 500 kV transformer oil exceeded the standard. This paper tracked the changing trend of acetylene content and determined that the fault type is low-energy discharge through the three-ratio method of transformer oil chromatographic measurement data. The power plan withdrew the transformer from the operation and returned it to the factory for maintenance. It found the discharge fault point after the suspended core examination. After analysis, this research conducts selective maintenance to eliminate the discharge failure.
