断路器跳位监视与防跳回路的分析与改进

摘 要:某变电站252 kV SF6瓷柱式断路器防跳回路因设计缺陷使断路器跳位监视回路存在寄生回路,导致操作箱对断路器的跳位监视发生错误。分析了防跳回路对跳位监视回路的影响,并对比了550 kV H-GIS断路器出现的类似问题。阐述了成因和解决方法,对防跳回路的设计提出了改进,在跳位监视回路中串联断路器常闭辅助节点和就地防跳继电器的常闭节点,以解决寄生回路对跳位监视的影响。

Analysis and Improvement on Open-Position Monitoring and Anti-Pumping Circuit of Circuit Breaker

Abstract: The anti-pumping circuit of a 252 kV SF6 circuit breaker used in a certain substation existed parasitic circuits in its open-position circuit because of design deficiency, which caused the operation box to make mistakes towards the open-position monitoring of the circuit breaker. This paper analyzed the effect of the anti-pumping circuit on the open-position monitoring circuit, and compared with a similar phenomenon that happened to the 550 kV H-GIS circuit breaker. The factor and solution has been explained, and it has also proposed improvement towards the design of the anti-pumping circuit. In the open-position monitoring circuit, the normally closed auxiliary nodal point of the circuit breaker was connected in series to the normally closed nodal point in in-site anti-pumping relay of the circuit breaker to remove the effect of parasitic circuits on open-position monitoring.
