干式空心电抗器漏磁场引起钢结构发热规律研究

    摘 要:模块化多电平换流器中桥臂电抗器为干式空心电抗器,其中流过的交流基频电流产生交变磁场,在桥臂电抗器室内形成回路的金属结构中产生感应环流,当金属回路中出现接触电阻时,可能发生明显的发热现象。选取换流站桥臂电抗器室内常见的突出物和环形钢结构进行有限元仿真,通过改变研究目标尺寸、与电抗器顶部距离、焊接或压接连接方式下存在接触电阻的形式,对桥臂电抗器周边电磁场引起钢结构体系发热规律进行了研究和总结,为工程设计和实施提供了参考。

    Abstract: The bridge arm reactor in the modular multilevel converter is the dry-type air-core reactor.The fundamental-frequency current in the alternating current of the electric reactor produces the alternating magnetic field. Moreover, it forms an induced circulating current in the metal structure of the bridge arm reactor. Heating phenomena could emerge when the contact resistance appears in the metallic return circuit.This paper chose the projection and the ring steel structure of the bridge arm reactor to conduct the finite element simulation.It studies and summarizes the heating law of the steel structure system caused by an electromagnetic field around the bridge arm reactor and provides the reference for engineering design and implementation by changing the size of the research target, the distance to the top of the reactor, and the form of contact resistance under the connection mode of welding or crimping.
